What is Bandwidth?

Bandwidth is the amount of data transfer allowed in one month on your account. For instance, if someone downloads a 1MB file on your site, they consume 1MB of bandwidth on your account. Every time someone visits your website, they download the contents of your site to their browsers and as a result consume bandwidth.

Bandwidth limit are allocated every month and they vary based on your hosting plan, virtual server or dedicated machine.
