What is a LOCKED Domain?

By default, GigaLayer sets a domain to LOCKED status. When a domain name is locked, it means:

  1. The Domain CANNOT be modified or deleted by the registrar.
  2. GigaLayer has to remove the LOCK status for the registrar to modify the domain.
  3. The Domain is ACTIVE.
