Refund for Auto-renewed Services and Domains
GigaLayer does not provide refunds for auto-renewed services or domain names.
All invoices are generated 45 days before the due date and are auto-processed only on the due date. This gives clients enough time to decide whether to proceed with the service or the domain name. If a client does not wish to proceed, a cancellation button is available on all invoices.
Our billing support is also available to assist via email and ticketing system if any invoices or services are no longer required prior to their renewal. Once a renewal is profiled, there is no reversal possible from our end. We advise you to review all your services and due dates regularly to avoid accidental renewals.
IMPORTANT: Once a service or domain is renewed, whether automatically or manually, the registry updates its root servers, and that registration term becomes locked in, making it irreversible.
