Terminated Service

Renewal and Service Maintenance:

  • Our services are subscribed, requiring renewal before the expiry date. Timely renewal ensures uninterrupted service and optimal server utilization.
  • We offer a 7-day grace period after expiry. This allows you the flexibility to renew your subscription without interruption.
  • Your service will be deactivated if renewal doesn't occur within the grace period. This temporary suspension gives you a chance to renew and avoid data loss.
  • To maintain optimal resources for our paying customers, any service remaining unrenewed for 30 days after deactivation will be automatically terminated. This ensures efficient server utilization and data security.

Important Note:
Please be aware that we do not retain backups for terminated services due to recent policy changes. Data will be permanently deleted after your service is deactivated and subsequently released.
